Our Specialist Workshops go beyond regular training, developing both performance and physical skills needed for the industry.

Each month focuses on a new theme — from roving and installations to acrobatics, AV design, costuming, make-up and other unique offerings from guest artists — giving you the chance to expand your versatility and explore different creative pathways.

Sessions are hands-on, practical and grounded in real-world application.

April: Toss (Partner Acrobatics)

Learn the fundamentals of toss — a dynamic group acrobatics practice involving lifting, throwing and catching bodies.

Develop timing, coordination and trust while working collaboratively as a group, with progressions adapted to suit different experience levels.
