A guided class focused on how you move and present yourself as a performer. Explore the details that elevate your work — walking, entrances and exits, transitions, posture, arm pathways, gaze and overall stage presence.
Through a mix of structured exercises, improvisation and creative tasks, you’ll develop coordination, control, musicality and expression. This is a space to experiment, build awareness and refine the way you carry yourself on stage.
Classes build progressively across each 5-week block, so attending regularly will give you the most benefit — but you’re welcome to drop in at any time. Tuesday and Thursday sessions explore different focuses, so you can gain from attending both.
90min sessions begin with a 30min breathwork and stretch flow to ground, connect and prepare the body before moving into performance work.
60min sessions dive straight into the training.
